Your order will be delivered free of charge by an insured cargo company.
Our company is under the responsibility and assurance of your order until it is delivered to you by the cargo company.
The product you purchase is specially prepared for you in line with the preferences you specified during the order. The jewelery is delivered safely to the address you specify in its box, packaging, along with the product certificate, invoice and delivery note.
If you wish, you can provide different delivery and billing addresses so that your invoice reaches you and your gift reaches your loved ones.
If you think the products are missing or damaged, do not receive the package by keeping a report with the cargo officer.
You can review the status of your order on the order tracking page. You can contact us using the contact form for any questions and problems regarding these issues.
You can get the full amount you paid back by returning the products you purchased from Gestejewellery.com within 30 days from the delivery date. In order to exercise this right, the decision of withdrawal must be notified to our company within 30 days. You can use the contact form for notification. If you make a return without approval from our company, your return will not be accepted and your shipment will not be received.
The orders you want to return must be sent to the address we will notify you, complete with the product, invoice, delivery note, certificate, insurance forms and gift products, if any, as they were sent to you. VAT and other legal obligations, if any, will not be refunded for products for which the original invoice is not sent.
After the return is received, the price of the products will be refunded to the credit card if the order was placed using a credit card, or to the bank account if the order was placed via wire transfer/EFT.
