Are Your Products Real Gold?
Yes, all of our products at Geste Jewellery are made of 14 carat real gold and high quality workmanship. They are never gold water or gold plated.
How Long is the Shipping Time?
Your orders are usually shipped within 24 hours and are usually delivered to your address within 2 days at the latest. This period may be longer for specially designed products.
What are the Return and Exchange Conditions?
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return or exchange them within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please review our Return Policy for detailed information.
Is There a Gift Package?
Your orders will be sent with our company's current gift package concept. You can also add a gift note if you wish.
